Takashi HANAKAWA, MD, Ph.D.

博士(医学)

プロフィール

徳島県出身。医師、医学博士、神経内科専門医・指導医、総合内科専門医。1991年に京都大学医学部を卒業。1996年まで京都大学医学部附属病院と天理よろづ相談所病院で神経内科を中心に臨床研修。パーキンソン病逆説歩行の病態解明により、1999年京都大学大学院医学研究科脳統御医科学系博士課程を特例早期修了(柴崎 浩教授)。NIH Intramural Competitive Fellowship Awardの支援を受け、米国国立保健研究所臨床研究員(Dr Mark Hallett)として運動想像と実行の神経基盤を研究。2002年より京都大学医学研究科附属脳機能総合研究センター助教、2005年11月より国立精神・神経センター神経研究所疾病研究第七部第一研究室長。2008年に日本神経科学会奨励賞、同年より科学技術振興機構さきがけ脳情報の解読と制御研究者併任。2011年7月より脳病態統合イメージングセンター・部長。現在の主な研究テーマは、多次元神経情報計測・介入技術を応用したブレイン・マシン・インターフェイス技術(BMI)への貢献、学習を支える神経可塑性メカニズムの解明、精神・神経疾患の病態解明。
