Happiness, joy, sadness, unease, fear, and loneliness. We can share feelings with people. The fact is so valuable and irreplaceable. How can we live life in our own way? Depression, anxiety, trauma, and bereavement. I hope my daily clinical experience and research will engender better medical treatment and care.

Graduated from the Faculty of Psychology Major, College of Human Sciences, Second Cluster of Colleges, University of Tsukuba. Doctoral Program in Developmental Clinical Psychology, Human Care Science, Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba; DC and PD fellowships from Japan Society for Promotion of Science; flexible researcher of the Department of Adult Mental Health, National Institute of Mental Health, National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry; visiting researcher of the psychotherapy research center, Department of Psychology, the University of York; visiting researcher of School of Social Work, Columbia University, etc., before the current post.

Unified Protocol for transdiagnostic treatment for depression and anxiety

Cognitive processing therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder

Understanding the mechanism by which Emotion Regulation is involved in psychopathology and recovery

Understanding complex grief and psychosocial care and support (cognitive behavior therapy)

Sense of Authenticity: understanding of humans living alone
