Based on the diligence, righteousness, and ingenuity (Atul Gawande, 2007), I conduct clinical research to reduce mental problems from the viewpoint of behavioral medicine and restore the life.

Profile

Graduated from Master's Program, Graduate School of Psychology, Health Sciences University of Hokkaido, Doctorial Program, Graduate School of Medicine, Tokyo Medical University. After working as a clinical psychologist at Hokkaido Mental Care Center, Deputy Assistant Professor at Tokyo Medical University, and a lecturer at Department of Psychology, Teikyo University Chief of Clinical Technique Development Unit, National Center of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Research, NCNP concomitantly since April 2019.

Interests and Themes

Cognitive behavioral therapy specialized in anxiety, depression, and sleep. Communication for medical specialists.
