Tadahiro Yamazaki, M.D., Ph.D.

Research and Biography
Dr. Yamazaki graduated from Gunma University School of Medicine in 2011. As a physician-scientist, he worked at The University of Tokyo Hospital, where his work focused on eating disorders, psycho-oncology, and psychosomatic diseases including irritable bowel syndrome and obesity. After earning his Ph.D. from The University of Tokyo, he conducted research on the pathophysiology and treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome and Long COVID at the Pain & Fatigue Study Center at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai under the mentorship of Prof. Benjamin Natelson.
